Pickup Policy:
Rental equipment available for “pickup yourself” option, can be picked up on the scheduled day between 9-10 AM in the morning.
We will try to accommodate customers to return castles next day between 8-9 AM when possible.

We believe in providing upfront cost for all our services without hidden cost or “call us for estimate” gimmicks.

1. Agreement
This document, together with the attached quote, constitutes the entire Rental Agreement between Tent2Rent.ca (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the undersigned Client (“You”, “Client”). Acceptance of the deposit or signature binds You to these terms.
2. Deposits & Payment
– A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
– The deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
– Full balance is due no later than 7 days before delivery.
– We accept e-transfer, credit card, or company cheque (subject to clearance).
– Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest (18% per annum).
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
– Cancelation less than 7 days or no-show: payment is non-refundable.
4. Site Preparation & Client Responsibilities
– You must provide a level, clear, and accessible site free of debris, low branches, animal waste, and obstacles.
– You are responsible for marking all underground utilities, sprinklers, and septic systems.
– You must obtain all required permits and approvals.
– Extra charges apply for difficult access (stairs, long carries, etc.).
5. Setup, Teardown & Rental Period
– Professional setup and teardown are included unless otherwise stated.
– Standard rental period is one day (24 hours). Multi-day rentals must be pre-approved.
– Once erected, the tent must not be moved without Our written approval.
– You are fully responsible for the equipment from time of delivery until pickup.
6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
– You are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear (holes, tears, stains, broken poles, missing parts).
– Cleaning fees will apply if equipment is returned dirty (food, wax, heavy mud, etc.).
– Lost or stolen items: You pay full replacement cost plus lost rental revenue.
– Prohibited: Open flames under tents, unauthorized attachments, sub-renting.
7. Liability & Insurance
– You agree to indemnify and hold Tent2Rent.ca harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the rented equipment or the event.
– We strongly recommend event liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 naming Tent2Rent.ca as additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided before delivery.
8. Force Majeure
– Severe weather, pandemics, government orders, or acts of God are not grounds for full refund. We will work with You to reschedule when possible.
9. Governing Law
– This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
